You listed that the Malad Gorge State Park (OR) trails I mapped were included, but I don't see them in the mapset.

Thanks.  I hadn't thought about zip'ing the file.  I'll keep that in mind.

Could "Related File" also accept PDF files?  Sometimes there are trail maps for parks, many are PDF and so can't be uploaded along with the tracks.

Just uploaded the tracks - we did 10.8 miles on trails.  Some were loops, others were in and out the same trail.

I still need to do some work on the tracks, but we covered about 8 miles of trails within the monument.  Only the "Wilderness Trail" wasn't done - but that's another 8 miles in itself...

Hi All,   I'm hoping someone can answer a few questions about Maps on the 60csx...

2:  Is there a way to turn off the entire Mapset?  I only see the option to turn off individual tiles in the 60csx.  It would take quite a while to turn off all the maps I don't need for the current trip.  Can they be grouped (by me) to turn them off in chunks?  Maybe by State or something like that?  I see NorthwestTrails has each state it's own tile, so that one would work that way, but the others do not. Would creating different files for each group of tiles in MapSource allow that?

When on the map page:  Menu=>Setup map - this takes you to the page where you can turn off tiles.  Hit Menu again and you can scroll down and Hide/Show mapsets (by name).  I have CN North America, NW Tops, and NW Trails (at least parts of each) and can hide/show each.  I also Hide the Basemap.

We're going to be taking a trip in Sept that will pass thru Crater's of the Moon National Monument.  Is there any chance those quads will be added to the set by then?  I am planning on mapping as many of the trails as I can while there...

Finally got it thru!  It took another three tries. 

I wish I had an idea for a new host, but I've not used any.

I tried to upload a couple of track files today, one went thru twice, but I don't know if 20120310.GPX submitted or not.  I keep getting "Windows Explorer cannot display the page".

Looks good.  I tried four times to download the file - Comcast cable, estimated 3 hours - and had the connection reset anywhere from 20-50 percent thru.  I finally downloaded 'Free Download Manager' and was able to get it in about 24 minutes.
