First, thanks for compiling all this great data!  My question: is there any way to get a particular trail's track/route out into a GPX or other file type?  I'd like to import a trail's track/route into Topo! or another mapping program in order to calculate/print mileage, elevation profiles, etc.  If there isn't an automated way, I'm looking for suggestions on how to best do it manually.  TIA

Hi Rick,

You might want to check out Redtrails.com.  We share data back and forth and that site allows for download of individual trails in GPX and KML formats.
