Wondering Jon, if you are following this issue? Your thoughts?

The firmware update from Garmin (for my 400t it is the new 3.5 version) just released is resulting in some units "losing" the magenta GoTo line when navigating to a selected waypoint. I say "lose" because it reappears upon disabling any transparent map loaded on the unit.....but only until the next reboot!

Thanks for the info!  I'd noticed that I had no purple routing line when navigating on City Navigator maps and had a hunch that custom maps would be the cause.  Hopefully Garmin will correct this soon.

Update 3.6 fixed it. In fact it has some great features and no apparent bug that I can see.
